IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT BOOKING ROOMS - FOR BOYS AND GIRLS

1. To get the block and group rates you must ask for the room block for
   LONG ISLAND EXPRESS
2. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
3. All reservations are to be made directly with the hotels.
4. Hotel assignments have been made in an effort to keep teams together.  If you are closed out of one hotel please try one of the others on the list. 
5. Group rates are guaranteed until block sells out and will not be available after cut off dates.

This tournament is very popular. All hotels sell out each year. If you are going to cancel your room please contact Jill Adler prior to cancelling. Chances are I will have a wait list to take that room.  Likewise, if you want a specific hotel and can’t get in or can’t get in at all contact Jill for alternate arrangements or to be placed on a wait list.
